It’s so wonderful when hard work is recognized. Our wonderful City of West Covina council members recognized our beautiful dance team today for their 1st place wins for Small Military and Small Dance Drill, 2nd place for JV Hip Hop and 4th place for JV Pom at USA Regionals. They were each presented with awards and it was a proud moment. Thank you Mayor Wu and council members for always being a big support to our dance team. First competition of the season in the books. Off to a great start. Our beautiful dancers placed 1st and qualifying in the championship division at Nationals in Small Military, 1st in Dance Drill, 2nd in JV Hip Hop and 4th in JV Pom. Only going up from here! Winter Celebration was a huge success as the first competition of the season kicked off. WCHS Dance Team hosted this CADTD event with hard work and dedication from this amazing team.
