Dear Clients of Washington Dog and Cat Hospital, As the Corona Virus crisis continues to challenge our activities, we wish to say THANK YOU for your support!... THANK YOU for your trust! THANK YOU for our relationship! Unfortunately, we are facing difficult and unpredictable times, with rapid changes occurring on a daily basis. We have adopted internal measures that guarantee the continuity of your pets’ care in order to ensure smooth operational service at a time when you need us most. Our work schedule and office hours have changed and this is our new policy until further notice: 1. We will have limited hours. Appointments are NOW mandatory with the exception of an immediate emergency. Please refer to our website for the most up to date information. Washingtondogandcathospital.com 2. Any non-emergency appointments will NOT be honored until further notice. We will be updating you on our websites: Facebook, Google my Business and Instagram. 3. Please plan to park in the parking lot and call us when you arrive. Having as much information written down with your cell phone will help speed things through. Please plan on staying in your vehicle until a plan of action is determined by our doctor and authorized by you. Be patient as your pets are triaged into our facility. Over the past 50 years at Washington Dog and Cat Hospital, we have experienced other challenges regarding the care of your beloved four legged family members with the goal to keep them safe and make them as comfortable as possible. None of us has ever experienced an event such as this and we are certain that this crisis will also pass; unfortunately, we do not know when! Hoping for better times soon.
