Dear VPR Members, Please be advised that the bridge will be moved into place this coming Sunday, Dec 13th. Heavy equipment will be in use. The VPR board would like to advise you to avoid the area, and that the back lot will be off-limits until the work is completed.... Update: The car break-in at Santa Margarita River trails. Several other cars were broken into and one was stolen from the parking lot in the past two months. Please be careful when using that area for riding/hiking. The arenas are open, round pens will be closed until tomorrow late afternoon, and the bridge was flooded out and members should not try to cross it. Please do not lunge your horse in the arenas, it can have a detrimental impact on the footing.

Arenas and round pens are closed due to rain. Hand walking on the grounds is permitted as long as you are following social distancing protocols.

Dear Members, Here is some news that you all have been waiting for......the arenas will be open at 2 pm today. Unfortunately, the round pens need to stay closed as they are not drying out as well as the arenas. Please do not lunge your horses in the arenas as it disrupts the footing underneath.

Hello Everyone, This is a PSA regarding the Richard Winters clinic held in June. Due to low enrollment for the Solid Foundation clinic and the overwhelming response for the Advancing class, Richard and the VPR board decided to change the clinic on Thursday/Friday to Advancing Horsemanship also. If you have a confirmed spot and would like to shift dates to open up your weekend, please contact Cindy Rota asap.
