He or she must have the ability to meet deadlines, assist other stations of the kitchen, perform prep work and be able to work a flexible schedule. After a long wait, our new location is finally ready! our first dinner service will be tomorrow (Thursday the 7th) at 4.30 pm! We are located at 509 East Main st. Our phone number is still the same, 559-735-9680. For now, we can only do take out service due to the state mandate We are open for lunch Monday-Saturday 11am-2pm and dinner from 4.30pm-8pm. We are excited to see you again! Hopefully you are too!

The most recent state mandates cease of indoor dine-in service. As such we have to close our dining area again. It was short, but we were happy to be able to see the faces of our customers dining in at Sushi Kuu. For now, we can only do to go only. Hopefully we can get through this pandemic soon. In the meantime stay safe and healthy!!

Sushi Kuu operation update, We are happy and excited to announce that we will reopen our dine in service as starting Monday!! These are steps that we ask and implemented during dine in service to protect the health of our staff and others and to keep us able to do our dine in service continuously. 1. if you are feeling ill or showing symptoms we ask you to please stay at home. 2. Dining room will operate at reduced capacity and on first come first serve basis. No seatings... at the Sushi bar. Reservations are not accepted at this time. 3. Condiments and share plates are available upon request. 4. Please maintain social distancing between you and others not in your party 5. Take out are still highly encouraged 6. As we enter a different realm than what we used to, we ask you to please be patient with us as we are doing our best to adjust our practice to maintain cleanliness throughout our service. 7. Our temporary service hours will be Monday - Saturday (11.30am - 2pm) for lunch and (4.30pm - 8pm) for dinner service. Our last call order will be 15 minutes prior to closing time. We, the Sushi Kuu team are so thankful for your continuous support and would love, happily and looking forward to see everyone again!
