We are on a mission this year to remind the world: Art has been there for you. Be there for the Arts. Over the last few months the arts have been there for you whether it was a song that gave your day a boost, a captivating dramatic performance, or a comedian’s joke that brought tears to your eyes. None of these experiences would exist if it were not for arts education, exposure to the arts, and support of the arts.... In this New Year we challenge you to continue supporting the arts in your community. Giving a gift today will help keep art coming back to our community year after year. Donate here: artcenter.org/donate

We've learned one big lesson this year: art helps us heal and community makes us stronger. You proved it to us this year! Our museum patrons broke records for exhibition attendance, while still staying socially distanced, and nearly 150 people participated in our first-ever virtual arts lecture.... We also introduced our new Museum program "Wine Wednesdays" to rave success, and we hope to wine and dine with you again in our Sculpture Courtyard in 2021. Let's vote - should we bring back Wine Wednesdays??

We've gone through a lot of ups and downs this year. We know you have too. This week we want to celebrate all the ways that art still brought us together, even despite these challenges. During our World of Frida exhibition, 66 students from 4 local schools displayed their artwork in our Emerging Artist Gallery.... Students were encouraged to research and be inspired not only by Kahlo’s art, but also her activism and personal life. Kahlo’s ever-present hope through struggle, illness, and isolation resonated deeply with our young artists this year. Did you catch the Frida exhibition? Tell us - what pieces stood out to you?
