Uncertain times ahead as we all know.... just a few wee pointers to keep ahead of the game... Instead of worrying about kitchen roll, etc, no frozen products in the stores etc...try a few of these wee things Tea-towel - Dish rags - no need for the kitchen roll Cut up fresh veg and freeze... Make a big pot of soups or stews and feeeze Flour - bake your own bread Cut up an onion or 2 and place throughout your home...it attracts all the bad toxins in the air We can do this folks See more

Nowhere else I’d rather be As I sit here drinking my coffee Gazing out a low set window My worries disappear with the view... It’s a view many countries could borrow The world knows it’s a troubled country Yet they flock here in their hundreds To capture the majestic scenery And to visit ancient homesteads The beauty that lies within Is actually easy to word Whether it’s a low stalking fox Or the swoop of a high flying bird One feature always on display Is the countless stone ditches When they were being constructed I’m sure many hands needed stitches You stop and think to yourself This little place can’t survive On just our idyllic landscape But still she continues to thrive Many old churches that still remain Do question some modern design They are still standing strong And have stood the rest of time The history of our birthplace Is what brings many to our shore They arrive with backpacks and tents Just to move around and explore Thunderous flowing waterfalls Rolling down from our peaks To see each and everyone It would take a few weeks Some pictures of this land Could be straight from a fairytale Open your mind with your eyes You’ll soon see it’s for real My coffee has now gone cold But still remaining is the heat It provides warmth in the knowledge That these sites are on repeat
Where were these when the copper was in full swing found them today...
