Designed as a true live-work-play master plan, One Paseo is a 23.6 acre community made up of over 280,000 square feet of office space, 95,000 square feet of shops and restaurants as well as 608 residential apartment homes. A primary paseo that is open to the public slices through the residential community creating the connective element that ties the residential component to the office and retail marketplace. Tied to this paseo are a series of residential courtyards on the north and the Plaza fronting the office buildings on the south end of the site, creating a sustainable, pedestrian friendly environment. #ArchitectureDesign #MasterPlanning #TCAArchitects

Cumulus is a comprehensive residential and commercial mixed use project that embodies all the defining characteristics of a TOD. Neptune Marina is inspired by the era of mid-century modern design. The design of Neptune Marina reflects the same timeless quality, clean simplicity, and integration with nature as the mid-century style is known for. A conscious effort was made to synthesize vernacular tradition with a modern language to create architecture firmly rooted in its own place and time. Responding to site context and creating a strong link between the buildings and the community were among the top priorities during the planning stages of AMLI MDR, located harbor side in Marina del Rey, CA. Influenced by the scenery of the marina, the design drew inspiration from an image of a boathouse. Our completed #veteranshousing project in Placentia is a safe haven for low-income and disabled Orange County Veterans and their families. Developed by Mercy Housing, the Placentia Veteran's Village offers 50 furnished apartment homes and access to a range of on-site services. The project is designed in a traditional Craftsman style using simple expressive forms and articulated massing to create an environment that is both comfortable and familiar. #veterans #affordablehousing #architecture
