Another great way to language the power of perspective and how important it is to pay attention to what we are thinking and feeling. Just because we think it, doesn't make it true, but as we start to feel our thoughts as truth, then they do eventually become our reality. The mind is multilevel consciousness which has many layers to how it is creating in our human soul filled experience. How can we integrate if we don't start by paying attention to what has heart and meaning for us?

Oh the power of listening to our thoughts! Wanna find your heart, start listening to what your saying inside of your head, if it doesn't feel good, it's probably not true, put love there instead.
