I'm proud to announce that two alumni of the San Diego Blues Festival are among nine National Heritage Fellows chosen yesterday by the National Endowment for t...he Arts for 2021. Cedric Burnside, a Mississippi hill country drummer-guitarist-singer from Holly Springs, Miss., performed at our 2018 festival along with Lightnin' Malcolm.
