Low impact car collision, defense’s spine surgeon expert witness testified that there was nothing wrong with our client (1 mm herniation in neck, 1.5 mm in lower back), defense’s biomechanics expert testified our client was hit only at 6 mph. Defense’s final offer was $15k. We stayed in San Bernardino for 2 weeks trying this case. It was well worth it when the jury returned their verdict for $160,000!

Our client was seriously injured after he fell down his apartment building’s stairs while doing laundry. After fighting hard in court we held the building owner responsible for failing to install safe lighting and handrails for the stairwell.
