PICM is pleased to announce, the Montana Conference of SDA's first ECT Graduate! At a recently held symposium in Missoula, PICM was pleased to present Montana conference elder attendees the opportunity to certify as local elders within the North American Division. "Craig E. Luton is the first of this group to complete all requirements for certification," states Dr. VicLouis Arreola, President, PICM.
