Construct Single Family Dwelling: 6 Bedrooms 6.5 Bathrooms 6,182 Sq. Ft. Project began in October 2016 and was concluded in April 2018

Design- Build: New 2 story single family dwelling (3 Bedroom 2 Bathrooms 1,388 Sq. Ft.) The Jarvis residency is currently still underway construction and is expected to finish in October 2018.

Design- Build: Demo existing house and constructed new 2 single family residence. 4 Bedrooms 2.5 Bathrooms Each Front unit: 1,543 Sq. Ft. Rear Unit: 1,503 Sq. Ft. began and Finished 2016

Design- Build: Designed and constructed new single family dwelling. 5 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms 2,540 Sq. Ft. June 2017- October 2017

Current construction is underway for the condos on Ballantyne St. Construction began in December 2017 and will conclude in December 2018.
