Paint is one of the best and least expensive ways to update your home whether it be to enjoy yourself or to prepare for market.

Great news at least on a National scale. Interest rates are crazy low and people qualify for much more than before. Low inventory in California though has caused problems for everyone.

Some good things to consider here. They skim over the HOA expense which can run into the hundreds$$. One question you need to answer is if the purchase includes the land under the building, if not it's likely a condo and treated as such by lenders. There is more scrutiny on condos than SFR.
