The Maxwell Agency Insurance Services team is excited to welcome three new Group Insurance / HR Technology clients totaling 158 enrolled lives for July 1st. These groups were referred to our office because they received a 56% increase on their group insurance plan offered by a national PEO. After a quick screen share demo of our #benefits #enrollment #technology, these groups saw the value of eliminating paper from their enrollment process and agreed to let our office present... a formal proposal. After weeks of negotiation with our carrier partners, we were able to "carve-out" the benefits from the PEO allowing the clients to maintain their current admin services while taking advantage of the 50% savings we found in the traditional group market. With a click of a button, we exported the employee data from the PEO and had the information loaded by our technology team into the Maxwell Agency system within the week. From start to finish, the #open #enrollments were completed in two days using a combination of webinars, recorded videos, and video conferencing. All while employees were working from home during the COVID 19 pandemic.
