New class at Bernal Yoga tomorrow. Foundations of Yoga. Here's what to expect. 1:15pm-2:15pm. See you there!... "Foundations of Yoga is class suitable for all levels of practitioner. We will focus on the basic yoga poses, and sequences most often taught in an all levels Vinyasa Yoga class. We will explore the poses together, using modifications and props when needed. Information will be shared in a positive and nurturing way. With time for questions, demonstration, and practice, this class will help guide you toward a relationship with your body that is rooted in understanding and intelligence."
