Visited a family; I sold them their first home about 20 years ago. I just sold them new construction end of 2020 (Also their children were toddlers then now th...ey are in their 20’s making me feel old but nevertheless special) Their home is filled with beautiful plants now that came from their previous home. Rosa asked me if I wanted some cuttings of different plants. I said I’ll take one for now just to make sure I keep it alive. She said when you get home just put it in some good dirt right away it should live. This plant has roots that are about 20 years old (older than my 17 year old) so I hope to keep it alive. I had Sean help me pot it and water it with some miracle grow. I think we can do this I think it’s interesting how beautiful this plant transforms as it sets roots. See more

This is a great article on the SF apartment market rental decline we discussed in Investors/ Exchangors Friday. Many tech companies are finding their employees... are very productive working remotely and now are allowing this in the future post Covid 19 SIP orders. Employees are loving this; leaving high rent areas and moving to the suburbs or places like Fresno and Clovis. Only time will tell how things will end up. Does this mean a correction in other markets but steady prices locally? This is going to be an interesting time in real estate.
