We understand It is hot and Smokey today, however we ARE having lessons. We will be sure to keep the horses at a walk keeping their breathing regular. If the AQI reaches 200 we will cancel. No lessons today 8/20. Sorry Smoke particulates, which are a mixture of solid particles and liquid droplets in the air, can irritate horses’ eyes and respiratory tracts, and hamper their breathing. Owners should limit their horses’ activity when smoke is visible. Hope to see everyone next week... Stay safe! See more

Reminder: no lessons it's too hot. If it's forecasted to be over 100 degrees we typically cancel! . It only takes about 15 minutes of moderate exercise to raise your horse's temperature to a dangerous, potentially life-threatening level. Be safe and keep cool

Temperatures this week will be around 10 to 20 degrees above normal with highs ranging from 102 to 112 across the Valley. Due to group lessons starting at 3:30 we will most likely cancel... if it is over 100 we typically cancel. It's just too hot for our Senior horses, the kids and us too. Feel free to message or call if you have questions. Stay cool and hydrated out there!

We are looking at extremely high temps next week. We are going to do beauty shop week!! If you have any natural based paint, ribbons, streamers, hats, bells, ect.. feel free to drop them off or contact us for pick up. If you are coming for a lesson this week bring anything you want to dress your Horse up! Any shampoo and conditioner is also appreciated (human ok) we will paint and dress up and then learn how to properly give a horse bath
