Our new store hours 10am-7pm and we are accepting returns in all stores. Curbside pick-up is now available in all locations! Place an in-store pick up order, drive or arrive at our store after receiving your order-is-ready confirmation email, then either park in one of our curbside pick-up spots and call the number on our sign or go to the front door and tell one of our associates you are there for curbside pick-up to have your order brought outside. Due to the new directive signed by the Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara counties, our Bay Area stores will be operating via curbside, local delivery, and shipping only beginning tomorrow - Concord, Fremont, Sunnyvale, San Jose, and Campbell. Our Las Vegas store is operating this way as well. To shop with our stores curbside, please place a store pick up order on Frys.com. When you receive an email notification that your order is ready, ...you can drive to the store you ordered with and park in one of our Curbside Delivery parking spots marked by one of our Curbside Delivery signs. Please call the number on the sign and give them your order number. We will then safely bring your order out. Please have your ID available. For the safety of our customers and associates, and to help contain the COVID-19 pandemic, Fry's will be temporarily suspending in-store returns and exchanges from March 29th through April 16th. For all the affected purchases made prior to March 29th and during the temporary suspension period, the return policy will be extended by three weeks from the date of purchase. We will continue to operate under shorter hours from 10am to 7pm local times of our stores until further notice.

We have increased our cleaning protocols to include all store departments, restrooms, and high-touch point surfaces, and all stores will close at 7:00 p.m. local time to allow our associates time to stock inventory and clean for next day service. Customers can also practice social distancing by using Frys.com to place orders for delivery or shipping from any Fry's Store. We encourage everyone to follow safe practices, and to follow public health organizations' guidance, so that together we may restore our communities to full health and peace of mind. We continue to make progress stocking our stores on our new consignment model - including here in our San Diego location. We have crossed over 325 vendors on consignment and we welcome MSi back to our stores! Although we are making progress getting our stores stocked on consignment every week, we still have a lot of work to do to get our stores fully stocked. We apologize for the inconvenience as we complete this transition.

To all our valued customers: our Anaheim store will close permanently on March 2nd, 2020. It has been a pleasure serving you at this location for many years, and we stand ready to provide all your electronic needs at Frys.com or at one of our many other store locations in Southern California.

With over 300 vendors transitioned to our new consignment model, we continue to make progress every week increasing our store stock levels - including in our City of Industry, Roseville, Sunnyvale, and San Jose stores pictured here! Although not complete, we have made great progress getting this location transitioned over to our new inventory model.
