PART-TIME REPAIR CLERK We’re a parts manufacturing company looking for a Repair Clerk to join our team. Main duties include receiving and processing paperwork on customer returned equipment for repair services. Ideal candidates will have experience as repair or receiving clerk, as well as administrative skills.... Duties include but are not limited to: Physically receive and inspect customer’s returned equipment. Review repair orders and ensure compliance with order requirements. Record all discrepancies and communicate with customers if needed. Gather required information on the returned equipment such as manufacturing date, previous repair, mod level, etc. Generate Sales Orders from QAD software and prepare all necessary forms to initiate the repair/service process according to company procedure. Perform general clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, forms processing, and faxing. Light telephone duties. Regular lifting of up to 25 lbs. Requirements & Qualifications: At least one-year experience as receiving clerk. Administrative/office skills desired. Computer knowledge and experience is desired, along with good typing skills. Organized and tasks oriented. Occasional overtime may be required.
