Our friends Sierra Laundry - El Dorado Hills are happy to announce their Wash Wednesdays for a Cause. On Wed, 1/27 they will be partnering with The Lighted Candle. On one Wednesday of each month, Sierra Laundry in El Dorado Hills will partner with a local philanthropy or school to give back to the community. They will donate 50% of the proceeds generated in the store from 12:00 pm 10:00 pm on one Wednesday of every month. Requirements of partner:... If the partner is a philanthropy, it must be a designated 501(c)3 The philanthropy/school must have a means (i.e. email) to send communications to its members to promote the event. We ask that communications be sent a few weeks prior as well as a few days prior to remind people. It's been busy at the California Welcome Center - El Dorado Hills in El Dorado Hills Town Center with an official, ballot drop box this month! Halloween through Election Day we'll be an official Vote Center, staffed by the El Dorado County Elections Department.
