Baby STETSON and Fancy moved out to their paddock today momma and baby are doing very well.

First venture outside of the stall today at just over 48 hours old. it looks like his left eye is going to have a sliver of blue in it as well. Well as a typical maiden mare Fancy decided to foal at 1:30 today. No signs of labor. Was eating and then 10 minutes later when I checked on her she was stand...ing in her stall, quiet as a clam with the foals hooves sticking out Fancy foaled a big healthy colt and is being an amazing mother. Meet Jodee. This sweet mare is approximately 16 years old and 14.3hh. I bought her off a video of her packing around a small child around a kill pen in Oklahoma.... I was told she had come off a dude ranch and was their beginner type trail mount. I’ve had her in the barn for quite a few months now. She has had her teeth done (still had wolf teeth ), I put front shoes on her, got her vaccinated and wormed, and healthy overall! Jodee is a total sweetheart, not mare-ish. Helped raise a weanling her first few weeks here! Lol Jodee is sensitive (in all the good ways) and appreciates a kind hand. She wants to be good and make the right decision. She has shown no desire to be naughty. No buck, bolt, rear and she had quite some time off before we started riding her here. Jodee is most definitely comfortable outside the arena. She is not spooky and didn’t bat an eye at water, bridges, etc. I don’t think she ever had any arena training until coming to us, but she has been very willing and trainable. We have worked on getting her soft and balanced and worked on her leads, which she now willingly picks up If anyone is looking for a kind trail mount PM for more info. She is priced very reasonably.
