So many of us are working from home currently, and what does that mean? We are stuck on our laptops all. day. I do my clinical notes on a laptop and two easy modifications last week were: 1. A stand-up roll station (techni mobili, $70 at home depot website) and 2. a wireless mouse (jelly comb, $10 amazon) This creates a world of a difference for your posture. Hi everyone, to update you we have had to push back our re-opening date of March 30th due to the continued stay-at-home order. We hope that we can begin to see patients again towards mid to late April, but this of course depends on how the threat of Coronavirus plays out over the next month. I want to let you know that I am available for you through direct messaging here or at [email protected]. This is a period of pause for almost all allied healthcare such as chiropractic, massage therapy, personal training, etc. Due to this, if you find yourself dealing with aches and pains please reach out to me here and I can give you advice and pointers.
