Check out this weeks "Independent" Newspaper and read the article about Community Cornerstone INC annual Redwood Summer Games! It is a sporting event for people... with disabilities. They take place August 17th this year. I have volunteered for this event for about 15 years, and it is a Wonderfully rewarding experience. I just finished the Mural, that promotes the event, on the wall at Community Cornerstone in Redway. It adds a little color to our town, and helps with the goal to "Renew Redway" . My artwork was based on the design of the Late Great Scott Trombla, that we proudly wear on the T-shirts at the Games. The wall pays tribute to all Scott's years of dedication to Cornerstone. I was lucky to work with him, and am honored to recreate his vision. See more
