They understood why a photographer was there. Now, I think, because media has changed, and there’s so much media, people see themselves as their own brand, and their own content creator, and they say ‘Why do we need a photographer there?’

City College goes remote come August 17 -- in other words no face to face instruction. This is an opportunity to stay in the comfort of your home or apartment a...nd take a few courses. And for those of you who are San Francisco residents, it is tuition free. So, I want to take this opportunity to encourage you to consider picking up some skills in journalistic writing and photojournalism through the Department of Journalism. With the Fall semester beginning in about three weeks, register to be admitted into the college and then sign up for courses. Go to ccsf.edu...Check out the journalism courses in the post flyer, like our news writing and feature writing courses, our newest course entitled Fundamentals in Public Relations, and our Introduction to Photojournalism. If you have any questions, feel free to call me at 415-517-4426. If you encounter any problems, call me immediately! See more
