Our award-wining mint and lemon bonbon is a collaboration using Dylan’s raw hive honey, Fairview Gardens lemons, SB Farmer’s Market mint, cream from Straus Creamery, and Conexion Chocolate’s Ecuadorian couverture, not to mention the many folks who farmed and processed the fine cacao and sugar that our confections are based on. Thank you to all these amazing foodies for helping us create chocolate that we can feel proud of.
