Finally ventured out again for an outdoor seating dining experience with the lovely @kanwaraakanina last night We decided to treat ourselves with a gopchang meal aka kbbq fried intestines! What we ordered: the intestine combo with small intestine, beef heart, and abomasum. The combo also comes with soybean paste stew, & stir fried rice at the end It was to say some of the best korean style intestines meal I’ve had!! Super flavorful, and definitely of good quality. All 3 cuts of meat were great texture wise too - chewy but not too hard. 100% can see myself coming back here!
