The Back Yard and Fire Pit are Back are open! Thank You to all that helped and "tested" the new set up (LOL). It feels like it did years ago when we would all sit around the fire and drink and enjoy the night. im happy to host and have my friends around again i welcome you all to join us in the future. Please come hang out, if you are free and want to sit by the fire you are welcome to, all we ask is to contribute wood for the fire. (PLEASE IF YOU KNOW OF FREE WOOD OR A SOURCE OF FIRE WOOD YOU CAN GET PLEASE BRING/DONATE IT TO OUR WOOD PILE FOR FUTURE USE)

If the house can be dialed in again so we can have people over (back yard cleared and organized) we are cosidering thees events in the future: Halloween at the Casa... Come have fun scaring the kids passing out candy and bring your kids and wander a the surrounding Nieghborhood with all the other families. (we are in a school neighborhood so we have a good turn out) Abbot on Wheel of Fourtune Viewing party:... our Beloved Abbot and his Brother made it on the show and we will be having a viewing party all are welcome to come watch together. every TV in the house will be tuned to the show including one large TV posted out back so thos enjoying drinks and bonfires may watch too. 12th Night: Casa De Meow Meow's Holiday Celebration with a White Elephant Gift Exchange. New Years Eve: what more can we say it went so well last year lets do it again if you would like to help us make sure thees events happen please come donate some time in the house. thank you all

Attention: Casa De Meow Meow will Open its doors to a Post Apocalypse New Years Eve, Dec 31st at 7pm parting till sometime in the next year, there will be a Optional White Elephant Gift Exchange ($5.00 Minimum Gift to participate) ... In its most basic form, the gameplay is as follows: Each participant supplies one wrapped gift. Participants determine in what order they will take turns choosing gifts. The first person opens a wrapped gift and the turn ends. On subsequent turns, each person gets the choice of stealing any unwrapped item or choosing a wrapped one from the gift pile. When a player's gift is stolen, they can choose to steal an opened gift or select a replacement gift from the pile of wrapped presents. Each turn ends when a gift is unwrapped. Gifts are typically inexpensive, humorous items or used items from home. The term white elephant refers to a gift whose maintenance costs exceed its usefulness. While the first use of this term remains an item of contention among historians, one theory suggests that Ezra Cornell brought the term into the popular lexicon through his frequent social gatherings as early as 1828. To keep with the spirit of the white elephant, the gifts are often gifts the participants have received outside of the game but do not want.
