If this bill passes it would require the Department of Social Services to provide a union the names and cell phone numbers of every registered caregiver. This bill directly violates the constitutional privacy rights every caregiver deserves. All other professional occupations including State employees are protected by law from having their cell phone numbers shared with any third party.
