API, Neve, Avalon. Typical repairs AudioRehab does everyday...even during this pandemic. Last month we reduced hours from 10am to 4pm weekdays to handle shipping and receiving. Techs are on weird schedules to maintain isolation. Masks are on. Cleaning is extensive.

GrooveTube Vipre. Very rare to see one for repair but two of them...weird. The shop is still busy. We cut hours. I’m mostly working from home. The techs have altered schedules. We’re cleaning after every repair. Clients are being patient...usually. Parts are hard to get because manufacturers have closed. Andrea, our favorite office manager is wearing mask and gloves.
