Today, we proudly hosted our 2nd Vaccine Clinic. Staff and residents received round two of the Covid-19 vaccination series! We are looking forward to a beautiful, bright future of togetherness and fun!

We took a trip down south to Louisiana during our Happy Hour yesterday for Mardi Gras! We surely Let the Good Times Roll as we enjoyed music and hot and fresh beignets! The colorful celebration brought lots of laughs and smiles!

Love is in the Air as we celebrated Valentine’s & Palentines Day! Our residents enjoyed decadent chocolate dipped strawberries and refreshing beverages during Happy Hour. We also surprised each resident with heart-shape boxes of chocolate! It was a lovely day! #spreadlovenotgerms

Happy Game Day! Our residents enjoyed nachos, beer and Gatorade for Happy Hour this week! Super Bowl Fun Facts: Kansas City Chiefs played in the very first Super Bowl in 1967! It was an exciting and monumental day at Atria Park of Vintage Hills as staff and residents Sleeved Up to receive the first part of the Covid-19 Vaccination at our Clinic today! We had so much fun Sticking it to Covid ! and are looking forward to an eventful future of togetherness, celebrations with friends and family, hugging our children and grandchildren, smiling without masks and enjoying meals next to the ones we love. We’re ready for round # 2! #sleeveupatria

Today, the earthy aroma of fresh brewed coffee filled the hallways during our Coffee Bar Happy Hour! We also offered an array of different flavored Starbucks cold coffee and Chef prepared golden crisp scones for an afternoon sweet treat!

Today’s Happy Hour was Spooktacular! We celebrated Halloween by delivering treat bags to each of our residents. Chef prepared Eyeball Deviled Eggs and a Witch’s Brew, both non-alcohol and alcohol punch. Staff and residents dressed up in costumes, making the day even more festive! We danced to Halloween music and shared lots of laughs! To top off the afternoon, we showed the classic movie Wizard of Oz which was the theme costume for the Directors Team!

During Creative Workshop yesterday, residents created beautiful Leaf Sun-catchers to hang from their windows!

Today’s Happy Hour was spa themed with Masks and Mimosas! Every resident received a Korean Skin Care Mask, enjoyed cucumber and ham tea sandwiches, refreshing cucumber and mint infused water and of course, orange juice Mimosas! Sticking to the theme, yesterday, during Creative Workshop, we made a take-home lavender sugar scrub that left everyones hands clean and soft.

Fall is in the Air at Atria Park of Vintage Hills! We welcomed the season with a Harvest Themed Happy Hour where Chef prepared freshly baked cornbread with apple filling and a refreshing apple cider. It was truly a gourd afternoon filled with Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice!

Don’t Worry, Be Frappe was the theme for today’s Happy Hour. We perked up the afternoon serving cold Starbucks Frappuccinos and hot coffee paired with shortbread cookies! It was a perfect blend! Our residents mean a latte to us!

Happy Hour was a total flashback to the 1980’s! Chef prepared a spinach & artichoke dip and chips appetizer and a Kool-aid beverage for our residents to enjoy. We danced to 80’s music, played Name That Tune, guessing all of the popular songs from the 80’s Era and prizes were mini Rubix Cubes! It was a totally rad day!

Yesterday, we partnered with our Sales Team to plant succulents in pots for our future residents as a welcome gift! To thank our residents for their help, we painted terra-cotta pots and they too were able to take a succulent home! We love seeing their beautiful custom pottery and plants displayed around the community!

Today, our residents were Feeling Lucky with our Casino Royale Themed Happy Hour! Our Culinary Team prepared savory Charcuterie Appetizers paired with a Martini Mocktail. We played scratchers and a dice game for prizes! At our Casino, everyone was a winner!

Fall is in the Air! Today, during Creative Expression Workshop, our residents handcrafted Fall Wreaths to hang on their doors and welcome the first day of Autumn!

Happy National Guacamole Day! Let’s taco ‘bout how we celebrated with a Fiesta !! Our residents enjoyed chilled margaritas with chips and guacamole topped with a corn salsa and danced to tradition Mariachi tunes! Today’s Happy Hour really guac’d our world!

Kicking off the afternoon in the best way possible was our Football Themed Happy Hour to celebrate the NFL Kick-off today! Our residents enjoyed their choice of an Ice Cold Beer or Gatorade paired with a classic appetizer from a Concession Stand ...Nachos! Our residents had a total ball!

Aloha! Today we wrapped up the summer with Island vibes Maui Monday inspired by our Annual Luau. Our residents enjoyed Hawaiian Cuisine for lunch, then an afternoon dessert of Pineapple Dole Whip from Tiki Treats! The fun didn’t stop there! We topped off the evening listening to some beautiful classic Hawaiian tunes sang by a very talented The Jacqi Bowe Variety Show and listened to her play the Ukulele, all from the comfort of our residents patios. It was definitely a great way to spend our Labor Day!

Today’s themed event was Kentucky Derby: Beyond the Bourbon in celebration of the upcoming Kentucky Derby Race, and it sure was a run for the roses! The day started with a visit from Shifty, a sweet horse who loves carrots! A special thank you to @Western Skies Horseback Riding for bringing Shifty to our neighborhood! We then moved into Happy Hour where the Culinary Team prepared savory sliders with an onion ring topped with whiskey bbq and of course paired with... a refreshing Derby Punch. Chef was not horsing around with this tasty hor d'oeuvre! We also recreated a sweet couple’s first date night which happened to be at the Horse Races! Lastly, for the mane event, the team surprised our residents with the funniest horse costumes and you can bet that there was lots of laughter!

Today was a great day to Pawty! We celebrated #NationalDogDay with a Yappy Hour: Dog Days of Summer! Our Culinary Team served tasty mini rolled corndogs paired with a fruity non-alcohol Salty Dog beverage.Chef also prepared a special treat for our furry residents which made them jump for joy! That is not all, each pup received a bag full of goodies which was the ultimutt highlight!
