Look what I found! The press release from July 26, 2016 after Q Foundation created the Compton's Coalition and threw the first brick to create the Compton's District. Rick Galbreath deserves special recognition for his expert assistance in filing the appeal.

What do older adults and adults with disabilities living in San Francisco need? It is time to make your voices heard! The San Francisco Department of Aging and ...Adult Services (SF DAAS) is conducting a citywide Community Needs Assessment to understand strengths, opportunities, challenges, and gaps in current services for older adults and adults with disabilities. In 2016, San Francisco voters passed Proposition I to establish the Dignity Fund to secure funding for services that support older adults and adults with disabilities over the next 10 years. This survey gathers community input to inform future decisions about funding priorities and program investments to support older adults and adults with disabilities. The Dignity Fund has been instrumental in securing funds for our Senior or Disabled Subsidy program and we want to ensure that the issues that are important to our members are put front and center in this discussion. The deadline to take the survey is this Friday, December 8th!

Today is #WorldAIDSDay and while progress has been made, there is still much work to do and stigma to be overcome. The number of homeless HIV+ people in San Fra...ncisco has DOUBLED in the last 4 years. Help Q Foundation fight back and end the disparities that are leaving our HIV+ brothers and sisters out on the streets this holiday season. https://qfoundation.networkforgood.com/
